The graduate designer Susanne Uerlings is the creative mind behind produktsalon.

After finishing her degree in integrated product design at the University of Applied Sciences of Coburg in 2006,
she worked as an industrial designer for a renowned German design studio with international clients for nearly five years.

Since 2011 she has been designing different products such as furniture, lights, living and kitchen accessories in her own design studio in Aachen, Germany. The designs are mainly her own ideas but also cooperations with producers. A number of products have been launched successfully this way.

produktsalon design means creating target group oriented stylish yet functional products. Susanne Uerlings designs products which are more than simple everyday items, they have a high emotional value.
