Collection: Laura De Santillana
Classical studies and the School of Visual Arts in New York from 1975-76. After concluding her studies, Laura De Santillana worked as a graphic designer at Vignelli Associati. In 1976 she returned to Italy, where she started to collaborate with VENINI and came into contact with several Italian and international artists. During this period, which lasted until 1985, Paolo Venini’s granddaughter experimented with several Murano techniques to create works finished in unusual colours. Among these, the “mosaic glass” dishes deserve particular attention. Her works have obtained several awards and acknowledgements and are displayed in the most important museums worldwide.
