Marco Lana and Alberto Savettiere work together since 2008 as Lana + Savettiere Architects on several fields, from architecture to interior and retail design , from graphic to industrial design. The expertise gained in various sectors, allows Lana + Savettiere Architects to provide customers with a complete and exhaustive service for all phases of the project. The studio is able to work together with companies from concept to production supporting them during the prototyping , development, or the project of identity and communication.
The studio’s projects have received various international awards such as the selection at BIO 22, Biennial of Industrial Design in Ljubljana, Slovenia and at SUN.LAB for a creative outdoor in the editions from 2009 to 2012. In 2015 they have received the Green Good Design Award promoted by the Chicago Athenaeum, Museum of Architecture and Design. Many of their design projects have been featured in Italian and international exhibitions such as 100% Design London, Salone del Mobile in Milan and Fuorisalone, SUN outdoor living exhibition.
Some of the latest projects are: the outdoor seating system Block designed for Vasart (2012); the coat-hanger BLA-BLA for Mabele (2012), the tap collection Tie, Tab, Tip (2016) for Rubinetterie Ritmonio, an outdoor furniture collection for Macevi 1928 (2018) and the graphics for Muraia’s wallpaper collection (2019).
In the last few years, the studio has established numerous collaborations with international communication agencies for the development of retail and exhibit design projects and museum installations, becoming in 2019 a partner of the Orchestra team by Altavia Italia group.
