François Clerc is a product designer living between Paris, London and Taipei. After graduating "Gardening in the city" from ensci/les Ateliers, he began collaborating with companies that design garden furniture and accessories. Sensitive to our interaction with nature, this plant lover's designs stem from an ecological approach. François Clerc currently designs products for De Castelli, Eno, Sentou, Nature et Découvertes, Papier d'Arménie, Domestic, and Bellemont.

His work is very diverse, from lighting, furniture, glassware, mirrors and garden accessories, and the common thread is sensitivity to the needs of nature and the world we live in. In addition to making designs for his clients, François Clerc creates opportunities for cross-cultural exchange of knowledge and ideas. It is with this in mind that he has managed two major projects in Kazakhstan and Ethiopia to promote cross-cultural learning in product design and creation.
