Fabio Passon was born in Palmanova (Italy-Udine) in 1982, got his Bachelor of Science in Architecture (ECTS grade A+) in Architecture at Trieste University in 2005, and later, in 2008, he further specialized in Civil Architecture, getting a Master of Science in Architecture (ECTS grade A) at “Politecnico di Milano"​ University. Since same year he’s qualified architect, equivalent of RIBA part 3 and he's been working as a free lance Architect. From 2006 to 2008 he partnered with various studios in Lombardia, from 2008 to 2010 he teamed up, as a free lance, with “Studio Geza” to manage and follow up the design of some offices and production plants. Over that time he also was responsible for some graphic design and hotel projects.

In 2010, after getting a University Scholarschip at Poli.design in Milan, he attended “Hotel experience design”, a prestigious post University specialization Course”. The project he developed, was soon published on major relevant specialized International press, and was also presented at Cersaie 2010 in Bologna, during international Hospitality Exhibition 2010” in Rimini and during "Milan Design Week 2011"​ at Triennale Museum. At the beginning of 2012 he founded DAIR Associates and also become member of Confcommercio Udine, and board member of the group Young Entrepreneurs.
At the beginning of 2015 has been elected Board member of Confcommercio Udine and at the end of 2015 has been elected President of Young Entrepreneurs Udine.

In the field of industrial design he worked on several projects with Italian companies operating in the furniture. Particular emphasis has been on the table, "Bree e Onda", produced by Riva1920 and presented few times to Imm in Cologne (D), Milan Design Week (I) and May Design Series in London (UK) . The table has been awarded with Best of Year Award 2014 Honoree in New York and received in the European Parliament the Winner Bronze Prize at the First European Product Design Award in 2017. Since 2014 is member of ADI - Association for the Industrial Design and since 2016 is Vice President of ADI Territorial Delegation for Friuli Venezia Giulia.
