Alessandro Piva graduated in architecture in Venice (supervisor: Umberto Riva). After a period of apprenticeship in the architect's office, he began his professional career. As a designer, he has built residential complexes, private homes, offices and exhibition stands. He has a specialisation in bio-architecture. As a designer, his research is oriented towards the use of innovative materials and new technologies. He is lecturer at the Milan Polytechnic. His work has been published in the main magazines in the sector.
